Made of solid ¾" oak hardwood, the Chassi-Swing chassis cradle in stock form can handle any head or combo chassis from 14" to 27" long, 3½" to 12" wide and 5½" tube clearance. Custom sizes can be made with little to no additional charge. Not only does the oak look great, it also offers the strength needed for the heaviest chassis. If the chassis cradle will support all of my 200lbs (pic to the right) it will support your monster chassis. (Note: Don't try this at home, I won't be responsible if you land on your behind!)

The unique locking saddle and pivot design of the chassis cradle allows you to set the chassis angle that's most comfortable to you while at the same time allows fast, easy adjustments for any necessary angle changes without removing the chassis from the cradle.

The sliding support quickly and securly locks in place with a single thumb screw, providing quick adjustment for each specific chassis length. The top sides of each base rail are routed with a bowl bit leaving a channel perfect for placing small parts and the sharp cut-off lead wires that tend to end up on the floor.

When Paul Sanchez of Red Iron amplifiers contacted me wanting a cradle that would hold a chassis only 7" long the only thing to do was create a new, short cradle base. Behold, the "mini-me" of chassis cradles is born! This cradle will hold a chassis ranging from 6 5/8" to 13 1/2" in length. Paired with a standard cradle base, Paul will now have the capacity to hold chassis from 6 5/8" to 27" long.

The Chassi-Swing board holder, also made out of solid 3/4" oak, makes populating and soldering your board a snap.

The board holder will securely hold turret, eyelet and pcb boards ranging from 4 1/4 to 17 1/2 inches in length, and virtually any width.

The board is held inches off the base by two foam rubber lined brackets, allowing plenty of space for component leads and wires. Turning the board is done by simply gripping the two oak dowels and turning. With this, there's no need to remove the board from the brackets to place under-board wires.

Below are photos sent by chassi-swing user Allyn showing his Ironsounds JA-TMB PCB held in the board holder.
